Give Veterans A Smile is FREE of charge for veterans of the United States' armed forces. 

• Military veterans and active duty military of all ages are invited!

• Free nutrition screenings for vitamin deficiency and nutrition information

• Our clinic is fully ADA compliant and wheelchair friendly.
• Please bring your DD214 and your photo I.D. to your appointment. DD214s will be requested on site to prove veteran eligibility. An electronic copy of the DD214 will be accepted with photo I.D.
