Join Bloom By The Hour for our annual Give Her Flowers event, this year is part three! We are excited to announce this workshop will be at the luxurious Spirits of Mt Vernon. Enjoy designing your own customizable bouquet from our mobile bloom bars as well as a complimentary wine tasting. Every attendee will also recieve a copy of our e-book Bloom Smart.
