Hey Newcastle! 👋 Ready to declutter your home and help the planet at the same time? Drop off your old, worn-out bed sheets, bath towels and other household linen for FREE at our first-ever textile recycling event this November!
We've partnered with Blocktexx, an innovative Australian recycler that turns polyester and cellulose fibres from unwanted textiles into new products for the agricultural, textile, building and construction industries.
💚 It’s FREE and a great way to keep your linen out of landfill and contribute to a more sustainable future.
💚 All household linen must be made from 100% cotton and/or polyester. No clothing.
💚 City of Newcastle residents only.
