The Department of Geography and Geology will host a GIS Day Celebration open to students and the public! Evening presentation TBA. Geographic Information Systems (GIS) are computer-based systems for analyzing patterns in data. Attend GIS Day activities on Wed. Nov. 19. Students will meet with a panel of UWSP alumni who will present on their careers across the geospatial sciences discipline.
