⚙️ What No Contact Means
No contact means you will not be sparring, and no one will be hitting you.
You will still be doing real boxing training.
You will hit the heavy bags, work the hand pads with our coaches, learn real boxing technique, and do real boxing workouts.
No contact does not mean no boxing. It means all of the training, with none of the sparring.
