Girls Thrive WINTER Session 2026

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

As a reminder, registration sells out quickly! Please read the following before going through the registration process, as there are many important facets to this registration.

Please note, you will need to select which ticket type is appropriate for your girl(s):

• GT Full Session
• GT Partial Scholarship
• GT Full Scholarship
• or Support the GT Girls. This "Support the GT Girls" ticket is available for those who would like to contribute more than the registration payment and help us continue to provide this impactful program to the community!

If you are registering multiple girls, please select multiple tickets; you will be able to enter individual information for each girl during checkout.

All registered participants will receive a custom GT item.

To learn more about your girl, we would love for her to write an optional motivation statement. This is a short statement describing why your girl wants to be in GT and what she hopes to gain from the program. The motivation statements help coaches create a positive learning environment for all, and are a helpful tool for the girls on challenging days.

Girls can register for one or all activity days, but are strongly encouraged to try both. If girls do not participate within two weeks, their spot will be released.

• MONDAYS: Indoor climbing at Stonetree from 3 - 4:30 pm
• THURSDAYS: Various activites coupled with educational lessons from 3:30 - 5:00 pm (location will be communicated prior to practice)

No experience in any sport is required for registration. We all learn together and encourage each other. Parents will receive a full schedule of activities and locations before the start of the session.

WAITLIST: We have a waitlist enabled, as we know our program fills quickly. If the ticket type you are wanting is sold out, please click on the button to be added to the waitlist. ELIGIBILITY: We welcome all girls currently in grades 6 through 12.

COST: $120 for 1or 2 participation days throughout the winter session on Mondays and/or Thursdays. Scholarships are available to those in need. Please select the scholarship needed and write a short statement why you need it. Payment must be made via credit card through this online payment system.

GEAR: XC Ski rentals, snowshoes, and snow spikes (for the hikes) are all included in the registration fee.

COMMUNICATION: We use TeamSnap as our primary means of communication, so it is essential that parents download and check the app to be able to communicate and be aware of any last minute changes. *If you are new to Girls Thrive, you will receive an invitation to this app via email.

We ask that you communicate with Maria if your girl will not be at practice or will be later than 15 minutes to practice. This communication can be through email or team snap. As a rule of thumb, we will wait 15 minutes before leaving our meeting spot depending on the activity.

SAFETY: We are committed to providing a safe and positive environment for every girl. Our volunteer coaches have had background checks, most are First Aid and CPR certified, and all are passionate about our mission.
