Girls Rock the Rink - Shred Session (Skills Development)

Girls Rock the Rink is a free annual event hosted by Janesville Youth Hockey in August to introduce girls to hockey and help experienced players continue developing their skills in a fun, all-girls environment.
Each session features special guest coaches who will share their knowledge, experience, and love of the game. Whether you’re stepping on the ice for the first time or looking to take your game to the next level, there’s a place for you at Girls Rock the Rink!

🎤 Shred Session (Skills Development)
From Power Chords to Powerful Strides
For girls with at least one year of hockey experience, Shred Session is all about cranking up your game. Players will work on skating, puck control, shooting, passing, and hockey IQ through high-energy drills and instruction from special guest coaches. Come ready to sharpen your skills, push your limits, and leave it all on the ice.
