Destress and unwind as Soundbath facilitator, Melissa Wise, leads us in an hour long body and soul renewing and refreshing session.Bring your yoga/meditation mat, maybe a zero-gravity chair if you need, a pillow, maybe a blanket, your eye cover and drinking water. Find your place on the floor and relax in complete comfort as you "bathe" in the meditative sounds of gongs, crystal singing and Tibetan bowls.
Doors open at 1:45pm to allow each person time to find their place and at 2:00pm the doors will be locked to avoid interruptions. Cost is $30/person, to be paid at the event.
Space is limited to 25 people.
