HFE will be hosting a pop-up bakery with Yukiya Bakery! In her native country, Japan, Yukie fell in love with the country’s traditional soft, airy, yet moist and milky-flavored bread—now beloved worldwide. Determined to master the craft, she studied their centuries-old techniques and became a licensed baker. From there Yukie moved to Germany and eventually to Cary, bringing her talent with her.
Raleigh Mahj will be hosting mahjong open play. Registration through Raleigh Mahj is required to play and can be found through Raleigh Mahj in the weeks leading up to each event.
