Led by Beth Kruger, an experienced Women’s Health and Wellness Educator, this event begins with a relaxing, self-guided "Nordic spa" experience, including access to the hot tub, steam room, sauna, and showers.
Afterward, gather by the fire in the women’s lounge for light bites, drinks, and an insightful discussion on the "Menopause Toolkit." Together, we’ll explore empowering strategies and shared stories to help you feel your best.
You'll leave feeling refreshed, supported, and inspired to prioritize your wellness.
