A Blount County native and trailblazer at Alcoa, Sharon broke barriers as the first woman in a supervisory role in the North Ingot Department during her 30-year career. Since retiring, she's devoted herself to community service — from the East Tennessee Foundation Board to mentoring girls and founding a leadership development program for emerging public servants. She's a true example of strong, smart, and bold.
