Girls in Aviation Day is a free event for girls ages 8-18 with aviation activities, free giveaways, snacks, guest speakers, and lots of fun!

Girls ages 8-18 are invited to join us at the Vincennes University Aviation Technology Center at Indianapolis Airport for a fun filled day of aviation activities and education. The event will be held on September 19th, 2026 from 12pm-4pm, rain or shine!

Tickets are only needed for each participant aged 8-18.

Girls in Aviation Day sign in starts at 11:00am. Registration is required for participation. Use the Sign-Up link at the bottom of this page to register.

***Parents or Guardians are required to remain with participants under 18 for the event and activities. This is for safety reasons.***
