Begin your evening with a refreshing virgin Kir Royale, a bubbly non-alcoholic cocktail with a touch of crème de cassis, and a delicate blini topped with trout ribbons and crème fraîche.
For the entrée, dive into the creamy decadence of burrata e pomodorini, a delightful combination of burrata cheese, blanched tomatoes and basil, served with rosemary flatbread.
The star of the evening, tagliata di manzo, features perfectly sliced beef fillet on a bed of arugula and sweet cherry tomatoes, paired with crispy cubed potatoes and garnished with shallots and parsley.
