The perfect Sunday morning. ☕️🥐💪🏼🦈

Starting from 11:30 with a lovely coffee and mid morning pastry, you girls have the chance to make new friends and have a catch up before heading across the street the GymShark. Coffee shop- Hideaway Coffee House 7 Farrier's Psge, London W1D 7DP

The class is private for just us girls and will incorporate Hyrox and HIIT training in a partner/ group work sweaty session. Expect to sing along to the songs and motivate each other as we have fun in a safe and supportive environment.

Your ticket includes a coffee/matcha/ tea, pastry and goodie. GymShark have kindly gifted us this session so please show your love to the team and our wonderful trainer Mason on the day🫶🏼🫶🏼
