Did someone say glitter? At our Girls Group, we believe in the power of creativity, play, dance, and a little “good juju.” Sometimes traditional 1:1 therapy doesn’t feel like the safest or most comfortable option, and that’s okay! Ms. Em understands that for many kids, a group setting can feel more approachable, welcoming, and fun.This Girls Group was designed to offer a balance of light, “non-traditional therapy” while tapping into the magic of art, movement, yoga, and play. As both a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a registered yoga teacher, Ms. Em blends her passions to create an empowering, team-building space where girls can connect, express themselves, and grow, all while having a blast.
