Wanna get stronger, boost your mood, and have fun while doing it? Pull up to our weekly boxing sessions with pro coach Stephanie Mfongwot!
She’ll have you punching, skipping, sweating, and laughing!
We’re talking:
💥 Shadow boxing
💥 Bag work
💥 Core workouts
💥 Squats, lunges, push-ups & burpees (don’t worry, it’s a vibe)
👊 Who’s it for?
Girls, women, trans and femme-identifying folk aged 12–24. All fitness levels welcome – even if you’ve never boxed before!
👊 What to bring:
Just your water bottle & a towel. We’ll sort the gloves and gear.
We recommend avoiding a heavy meal for at least 2 hours before class, as it may cause discomfort and affect your ability to participate fully.
👊 When:
Tuesdays during the school term. NO CLASSES DURING THE SCHOOL HOLIDAYS / PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.

FREE! This program is free & proudly brought to you by Merri-bek City Council. Classes are fully supervised by the Merri-bek Youth Team.
