Girls' and women-only* boxing classes | 12 - 24s

Our free boxing classes are back and you're invited!

WHAT:
Free boxing classes with professional boxing instructor Stephanie Mfongwot! 🥊🥊
Classes are high-intensity & fun, and include shadow boxing & bag work, skipping, abdominal exercises, boot camp exercises such as squats, push-ups, lunges and burpies.

WHO:

For 12 - 24 year olds, all women, including trans and femme-identifying folk.
No experience needed, classes will be tailored to all abilities and skill levels.
Beginners welcome!

WHAT TO BRING:

Please bring a towel and a water bottle. Boxing gloves, boxing pads and cotton inners are provided.

COST:

This program is free & proudly brought to you by Merri-bek City Council.

Classes are fully supervised by the Merri-bek Youth Team.
