Join us for an All-Women’s Ecstatic Dance - a sacred space for you to return home to yourself and your body/Bliss.
Theme is GIRLHOOD and the playlist will be throwing it back to the 90s, some 80s. It will be a playful and feel good time.
We’ll begin with gentle guiding practices to help you arrive fully in your body—softening, grounding, and opening to the wisdom within. From there, the music becomes our guide, carrying us on an inward journey through waves of rhythm and silence.
This is not about performance, and it is not about dancing with others. This is an inward journey with no contact dancing or intentional eye contact with others —only your own unique expression, your own movement as medicine. Each step, sway, or stillness is an invitation to listen deeper, to feel, to release, to remember.
Together, we create a safe and supportive field where women can move freely without judgment, comparison, or expectation. This is your time, your space, your dance.
Come as you are. Leave more spacious, centered, and connected to the truth of your own being.
Wear comfy clothes, bring water, and a yoga mat.
