Girlfriends Weekend 2025

Registration for Girlfriends Weekend is now open!

During the 2025 Girlfriends Weekend, held from March 7 - 9, you're invited to spend three days shopping, dining, and indulging in Downtown Holland with your best gal pals! But don't wait, register now before spots sell out!

Your $50 registration fee includes a Girlfriends Weekend swag bag full of goodies, a coupon book with savings to participating shops and restaurants, a complimentary mimosa at check-in, fun hands-on activities and classes at participating businesses, the chance to win great giveaways, a Downtown Holland pub crawl on Friday night (cash bar), and three days of fun with your girlfriends!

For an additional ticket fee, you can also choose to attend the Breakfast and Fashion Show at 9:00 am on Saturday morning at the beautiful Haworth Hotel for $25 and the Pajama Party on Saturday night from 8:00 pm – 11:00 pm at the Holland Civic Center Place for $10. The party will feature a DJ, dancing, entertainment, a free photo booth, snacks, a cash bar, and party favors.

Important Note:

Be sure to register each member of your group with their first and last name and their correct e-mail address so we can register them individually for the event, ensure they get the correct tickets, and make them an official Girlfriends Weekend name badge. Name badges are required for all group events, in-store activities and classes. All registered attendees will also be added to the Girlfriends Weekend e-mail newsletter list.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation from Eventbrite once your registration for Girlfriends Weekend is complete, but you will not receive a ticket in the mail. You will receive your name badge, swag bag, coupon book, and tickets for any of the additional events you registered for when you arrive in Downtown Holland and check in for the event. Check-in for all attendees will be at the Courtyard Marriott (121 East 8th Street) on Friday, March 7 and Saturday, March 8. Terms and Conditions:

In case of cancellation, your Girlfriends Weekend registration fees are only refundable until Friday, February 28, 2025. After that date, you may choose to transfer your registration to another individual or to apply it to the 2026 event. Contact us at 616.796.1210 or [email protected] for details.
Registration must be done online. No phone, mail or e-mail registrations will be accepted. Registration can be done onsite beginning March 7, 2025 only if space remains.

All Girlfriends Weekend activities are subject to change.

Hotel stays are not included in the registration fee and reserving a hotel room does not mean you are automatically registered for Girlfriends Weekend. You can view a list of Downtown Holland Hotels on the website at www.girlfriendsweekend.org

Girlfriends Weekend is a 21+ event. A photo ID will be required at any event where alcohol is being served.

By submitting your email address, you grant Downtown Holland permission to use your email for marketing purposes through the Girlfriends Weekend mailing list and the Downtown Holland mailing list.

By attending Girlfriends Weekend as a registered participant, you agree to the following Consent and Release for Story, Likeness, and Voice: I give permission to the City of Holland and the Downtown Principal Shopping District (collectively referred to as the “Organizations”) to use (including, but not limited to, taking photographs and making audio recordings or videos), without charge and without reservation, all or a portion of my story including my likeness and my voice in promoting these Organizations. I acknowledge that editorial changes may be made as deemed suitable by the Organizations. Whether or not changes are made, I waive any rights of action I may have and release the Organizations from any and all claims I may have arising from the use, publication, and changes in the content, including any rights to sue for defamation or violation of rights of privacy or rights of publicity.

By attending Girlfriends Weekend as a registered participant, you agree to the following City of Holland Indemnity Clause: I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the City of Holland and Principal Shopping District, and the directors, officers, employees, agents, attorneys, and volunteers of these entities from all claims, causes of action, liability, judgements, damages for property damage, personal injury, or death or otherwise, injunctions, or other obligations, or costs of any nature whatsoever, including but not limited to costs and attorney fees, in connection with any such damages suffered by the City of Holland or claims or the like made by or on behalf of anyindividual and/or entity and/or the individual’s and/or entity’s spouse, children, heirs, assigns, insurers, guarantors, officers, directors, agents, or persons or entities claiming by or through an individual and/or entity.

By registering for Girlfriends Weekend and attending as a registered participant, you agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined above.
