Girlfriends Gather Here Against Racing Thoughts

Do you ever feel like your mind will not slow down? Do your thoughts keep running, worrying, replaying, or jumping from one thing to another?
Join us for Girlfriends Gather Here Against Racing Thoughts, a faith-centered women’s gathering created to help women slow down, breathe, reflect, and be reminded that they are not alone.
During this gathering, we will talk about racing thoughts, what they can feel like, and how we can begin bringing our minds back to peace with God at the center.
Each woman will receive journal sheets about racing thoughts to help her reflect, write, and process in a safe and meaningful way. We will also have hands-on activities connected to the subject, giving every woman a chance to participate, release, and reset.
There will also be a free raffle, and every woman who comes will receive a raffle ticket upon arrival.
We will end the evening with worship karaoke, lifting our voices together and creating a joyful, safe space for fellowship, encouragement, and healing.
Invite someone. Bring a friend, sister, coworker, neighbor, or another woman who may need encouragement.
Come ready to reflect, laugh, worship, write, and breathe again.
