Girl, You're Not Crazy: Women's Wellness and Yoga Experience

Join us for Girl, You’re Not Crazy — a free women’s wellness workshop designed to help you understand your hormones, your health, and yourself through every season of life.

We’ll dive into how hormones impact mood, energy, and overall well-being, breaking the stigma around women’s health conversations that too often go unspoken. You’ll leave with knowledge, tools, and encouragement to better support your body — not fight against it.

After the talk, unwind with a restorative yoga session designed for all fitness levels. This gentle, grounding flow will help calm your nervous system, release tension, and leave you feeling centered and clear-minded.

Light refreshments will be provided and water fountains onsite for bottle refills.

🧘‍♀️ What to Bring:

• Yoga mat and any props (bolster, blanket, straps, etc.) Free community yoga mats available to borrow while supplies last
• Water bottle
• Optional: chair or mat for seating during the talk, towel for yoga

📍 Location: QCFit Northlake (functional gym space — no traditional yoga studio setup or conference space)
