About this Event
Girl Talk Inc.’s 8-Week Empowerment Program is a powerful experience created to help girls grow in confidence, leadership, self-worth, and purpose.
For 10 years, Girl Talk has created safe, fun, and empowering spaces where girls can speak freely, feel supported, and build the tools they need to thrive in school, at home, and in life.
This program is designed for girls who are ready to discover their voice, build healthy confidence, develop real-life skills, and step boldly into who they are becoming.
About the Program
The Girl Talk Empowerment Program provides girls with a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment to talk about real issues that impact their everyday lives.
Through guided conversations, interactive workshops, mentorship, and sisterhood, participants will gain tools that help them grow personally, socially, academically, and emotionally.
Girls will be encouraged to love who they are, make healthy decisions, build resilience, understand their value, and prepare for their future.
What Girls Will Experience
Participants will explore topics such as:
Self-worth and confidence building
Loving the skin you’re in
Bullying and conflict resolution
Mental health and emotional wellness
Healthy relationships and decision making
Social media etiquette and personal branding
Financial literacy and money confidence
College, career, and future readiness
Leadership, communication, and life skills
Who Should Register
This program is designed for girls ages 10 to 17.
Girls will participate in weekly sessions that help them build confidence, form positive connections, and develop the skills they need to become strong, self-aware young women.
Program Commitment
This is an 8-week program. Participants must complete at least 6 of the 7 workshop sessions to participate in the graduation ceremony and receive a certificate of completion and Girl Talk gift bag.
The 8th week will serve as the graduation celebration.
Registration Fee
The program registration fee is $25 and helps cover lunch, program materials, and supplies for all 8 weeks.
