Growing up comes with a LOT of questions—and sometimes the ones girls need answered most are the ones they’re too embarrassed to ask.
Girl Talk is a fun, judgment-free conversation created especially for girls to learn about periods, puberty, changing bodies, relationships, and what to expect as they grow.
Led by Laura Hollenbach, MD, Pediatric & Adolescent Gynecology at UAMS & Arkansas Children’s Hospital, and Jessica Cannon, MD, Pediatrics at Hot Springs Pediatric Clinic, this special Health Talk gives girls the opportunity to hear honest, age-appropriate answers directly from physicians and feel more confident about their bodies and their health.
Moms, grandmothers, guardians, and mentors—bring the special girl in your life and help start conversations that can continue long after the Expo. 💗
