The 2024 LA County Fair G.I.R.L. Takeover is a fun-filled day of Girl Scouting for all Girl Scout levels supported by a unique LA County Fair experience, providing girls the opportunity of planning, learning and interacting with other troops and the community. Get your special G.I.R.L. Takeover Fun Patch, exchange SWAPS with other Girl Scouts you meet during the day, be part of our record setting Girl Scout Friendship Circle, join Girl Scouts from all over in the LA County Fair Parade , and have a full amazing day at the LA County Fair.All Girl Scouts should be in their Girl Scout Uniform and families are encouraged to wear Girl Scout Green or their favorite Girl Scout gear.

Girl Scouts programming from 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm

• 11:00 am - Fair Gates Open
• 12:00 pm - GIRL Takeover programming begins (Opening Ceremony, Honorees, SWAPS, activities)
• 2:30 pm - Girl Scouts on Parade
• 3:00 pm - Friendship Circle / Closing Ceremony
• All Day LA County Fair access
