We’re working, caring for our families, building businesses, serving others, and trying to keep everything together. Somewhere along the way, rest can become the thing we keep putting off.

That’s why I created Girl, Go Rest at The Well Rest Spot.

It’s a small, intimate retreat for just 6 women to step away from the noise and take a real pause.

We’ll eat, talk, journal, move, connect, and most importantly—REST.

There will be cozy robes, light music, wellness experiences, good food, meaningful conversation, and space to simply breathe.

No pressure to perform.
No packed schedule.
