About this Event

We know a caregiver, we are a caregiver, we will be a caregiver or we will need a caregiver. Caregiver’s struggle in silence, women of color carry the load of personal and professional caregiving. The stress of caregiving increases the risk of Metabolic Syndrome (high blood pressure, high cholesterol, high blood sugar etc), we don’t take care of our medical and mental health needs and the rise statistically in Black women caregivers dying before their love one is staggering. Let’s get together in a safe space to share our fears, tears, challenges, resources and wins. You are not alone and you MATTER!
