Girl, Give Back: A Community Serve & Girls Night Out

Girl, Give Back is a holiday women’s night out created to bring movement, music, sisterhood, and meaningful service together in one room. Phoenix J and M’Bodied Mvmt are hosting an evening filled with confidence, connection, and community impact as we support women and families right here in Northwest Indiana.

We will kick off the night with a signature PowerHaus workout, a strength and pilates flow that feels good for the body and boosts your energy for the night. After that, Phoenix J will step into DJ mode for a live set while we enjoy drinks, small bites, laughter, and conversation.

Together, we will assemble care kits that will be donated to Sojourner Truth House, a local ministry that serves women and children facing homelessness and crisis. These kits provide essential items that support women as they work to rebuild their lives with dignity, stability, and hope. Your contribution directly blesses families in our community.

Care Kit Items We Are Collecting:
• Adult incontinence briefs
• Women’s underwear
• Socks
• Body wash, hand soap, bar soap
• Deodorant
• Diapers, pull ups, baby wipes
• Lotion
• Shampoo and conditioner
• Combs, brushes, hair gel, hair care essentials
• Toothpaste, toothbrushes, mouth wash, floss
• Toilet paper
• Pads and tampons

7:45-8:15pm DJ Live Set Social

8:15-9pm Serve Opportunity

Dress in cute gymwear or elevated activewear. This is a night to glow, give, and gather with intention & purpose. Please bring a mat for the workout! Join us for movement, music, meaning, and heart. Let’s pour into our community and each other with joy and purpose this holiday season.
