Girl Cologne is a queer alt/punk rock group from Cleveland, Ohio.

Their sound and lyricism expertly capture the feeling of nostalgia associated with the singer/songwriter genre and the cinematic, head banging musical nature of classic punk and grunge bands. Taking influence from both early 2000s pop punk and classic 90s grunge, Girl Cologne brings a tasteful mix of the best parts of each genre.

Not only do they bring it musically, the group advocates for LGBTQ+ rights as most of its members identify as queer. They also spread awareness about chronic illness as the band’s lead vocalist continues to be open about her experience with POTS.

True punks are never without a cause, and for Girl Cologne, their purpose is to bring awareness and attention to these issues through the power and camaraderie of music. Girl Cologne believes in advocating for people as they are, and they will continue to do so by being themselves unapologetically. It is okay to take up space and be who you are freely, especially at a GC concert.

Girl Cologne is a four-piece band consisting of members Jenna Seeman (she/her; vocals/keyboard), Cade Cubbison (he/him; guitar), Parker Disalvo (he/him; drums), and Spence Kmiecik (they/them; bass).

FRUITFLY

Fruitfly was formed in 2020 in Cleveland, Ohio as a solo project by singer/songwriter Kyle Thompson. From his self-released 2021 album Running On Fumes through to more recent releases as a full band, the message of Fruitfly's music has largely revolved around making sense of the unprecedented times it was written in. Themes of isolation, hopelessness, and biting satire permeate Thompson's heart-on-the-sleeve lyrics. Dipping their toes into math rock, bedroom pop, funk, vaporwave and more, the band's holistic sound lands somewhere around indie/emo. The band released their second full-length album, When the Weather is Nice, in April of 2024.
