As women we are intimately connected to the rhythms of the Moon. We are woven into the fabric of the entire universe. We are holders of wisdom and deep compassion.

These circles are an invitation to slow down, quiet the mind, connect to the heart and pay attention to our deepest wisdom. The intention is to provide a safe space for women to connect and support each other on this collective path towards joy, beauty and empowerment. These circles are free of judgement of ourselves and others.

Our time together will include soft movement practices, pranayama, mantra and song, deep rest with a sound bath, meditative journaling and reflection. Aligning with the astrology of the moon and divine feminine archetypes, we will come together in support of sacred sisterhood. It is also a potent and powerful time to set clear intentions and goals for our life!

Cost: Included with passes. Otherwise, it is the regular drop-in yoga rate which is $20. If you don't have a pass for TSC (The Studio Cleveland) you may buy your ticket either here on Eventbrite or through The Studio Cleveland's Mindbody.

About Dana:

I have been teaching yoga, leading women’s circles, hosting retreats and sharing these practices for almost 20 years. I currently teach yoga + mindfulness at a K-8 charter school and trauma informed Yoga at the Rape Crisis Center.

I have studied, travelled and practiced with many wonderful teachers and guides. My work weaves together the wisdom of the yogic traditions and a deep connection to divine feminine practices. I am a mother, a musician and an activist. I am dedicated to this work and supporting others on this awakened path.
