If you’ve been following along, you know that Sip Better has had a long had a deep appreciation for the wines of Roero, Piedmont — and few producers capture the soul of this region quite like the Correggia family.

For years, we’ve proudly featured these wines as part of our portfolio — wines that speak to tradition, terroir + a quiet, confident elegance.

The Correggia story is one of legacy, resilience, and deep-rooted passion. Giovanni’s father, Matteo Correggia, was a visionary in Roero — helping to elevate the region to world-class status. Today, Giovanni continues that legacy alongside his family, carrying forward a philosophy grounded in respect for the land, thoughtful farming, and wines that truly reflect place.

On May 12th, we invite you to join us for a very special evening featuring Giovanni himself — offering a rare opportunity to not only meet the winemaker, but to experience a curated selection of his wines in an intimate, educational setting.

May 12th from 6-7pm — Giovanni will lead a 1 hour guided tasting + seminar, diving into a selection of limited wines that beautifully express the Roero region.

This is your chance to explore these wines through the lens of the producer — understanding the land, the farming, and the philosophy behind each bottle.

This class includes:

• An in depth look comparison at two of the family's most important grapes: (Correggia's Roero Arneis vs. their single vineyard Arneis 'Val dei Preti' AND Correggia's Roero Nebbiolo vs. their single vineyard Nebbiolo 'Val dei Preti' Nebbiolo)
• A one-hour intimate seminar led by Giovanni Correggia
• Light snacks
