IT's TIME!The Bridge is hosting our very first Gingerbread House Competition!
We are SO excited
Whether you’re a pro decorator or a first-time builder, everyone is welcome to join in on the fun!
Build & decorate your house, or scene, at home and bring them to the church between 9:00-11:00am for judging! (*see official rules below*)
11:00am - 2:00pm is open walk-through and people's choice voting
2:00pm is official judging by our judge panel
3:00pm winners will be announced!
Even if you don't enter a house in the competition, still plan to swing by and vote on the houses! Will be serving free coffee, and playing Christmas music!

Registration
Children’s Category (ages up to 10 years old)
Youth Category (ages 10-18)
Adult Category (ages 18 and up)
No fee to enter.
Registration forms must be emailed by November 30th to [email protected].
Registration is open to any individual, team, organization, business, etc.!
Base & Structure
Structure should be constructed on a sturdy base - cardboard, foam, wood, etc.
Structure dimensions: Structure must fit within 15"x15". There are no restrictions on height or base dimensions.
Gingerbread structure may be home, scene, object, whatever you dream up! (*Host maintains the right to prevent admittance of any structure design that is deemed inappropriate for display, at the sole discretion of the host.)
Design may include batteries, electrical equipment, and inedible decorative objects.
Main structure must be store-bought or homemade gingerbread cookie, as well as “glue” must be store-bought or homemade royal icing. (It is suggested to avoid royal icing recipes containing egg, butter, or milk, as the icing could turn rancid and soften, ruining the structure.)
Make your creations at home and come prepared to just set them in place on December 6th.
