Indulge in an afternoon of elegance and fun at our 3-hour Bottomless Gin Cocktail High Tea featuring the finest RED HEN Gin. Hosted at the stunning Ayers House, a heritage-listed venue, with an exceptional selection of signature RED HEN Gin cocktails, paired with a delicious spread of sweet and savoury high tea treats.

Enjoy bottomless gin cocktails, including classics like the refreshing Red Hen Gin & Tonics, and inventive concoctions such as the Strawberry and Basil Smash and the Lemon & Honey Drop. Sip and savour as you indulge in house-made desserts, traditional scones, and a variety of savoury canapés, all thoughtfully crafted to complement the botanicals of RED HEN Gin.

Terms and Conditions (Please ensure ALL members of your booking are made aware of our Terms & Conditions);

Payment

• Saturday 18 January: $95 per person all-inclusive and includes GST for tickets purchased before 11.59pm December 24 2024.

$110 per person all-inclusive and includes GST for tickets purchased from 12.00am December 25 2024.

• Ticket Bookings: 2 - 12 people, for larger bookings please contact Ayers House Weddings & Events

• Strictly no exchange or refund on tickets.

• In the event of Ayers House Weddings & Events being unable to hold the event, all payments will be refunded.

Food & Beverage

• No alterations will be made to the menu offered, except in the case of special dietary requirements and intolerances.

• Unfortunately vegan guests are unable to be catered for at this event, please enquiry with Ayers House Wedding & Events about a private event booking.

• If a dietary intolerance or requirement has not been registered to Ayers House Weddings & Events prior to the event, an alternate meal may not be available.

• Additonal beverages are available for cash or card purchase on the day. Please see the waiting staff at bar area for service.

Table Allocations

• Table allocations are made at the discretion of Ayers House Weddings & Events

• Tables are set for the confirmed number of guests in your booking, not shared with other parties

Seating Times

• Doors open at 12.45pm for a 1.00p start until 4.00pm

Other

• Limited paid parking facilities on the grounds of the property. Alternatively, U-Park Frome St is open 24 hours, 7 days a week.

• Public Transport accessible. Free tram stop located directly out the front of Ayers House.

• It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all attendees (invitees and other persons attending the event under booking) behave in an orderly manner during the event. Any person deemed to be creating an undue disturbance, annoyance or inconvenience to patrons and staff, before, during or after the event will be asked to leave the premises and/or in extreme cases to terminate the event – these actions are at the absolute discretion of Ayers House Weddings & Events management.

• Any variances to the booking terms, conditions, and special arrangements are only valid with prior written arrangement from Ayers House Weddings & Events management.
