Explore the terroir behind Procera Gin, named after the Juniperus Procera tree that offers berries of extraordinary flavour and quality. Found in the highland forest of Kenya, the Procera tree is the only juniper species indigenous to the southern hemisphere. With all other botanicals sourced from across Africa, Procera is a true expression of terroir. Join us for a 5 course dinner of inspired cuisine from Chefs Dan Martello and Ryan Simpson alongside neat pours and cocktails from the talent of the Good Luck bar team.
This event will take place on Thursday, March 20th, at the Chef’s Table at Good Luck (50 Anderson Ave.) at 6pm. Dinner will be served at 6:30pm. Ticket price includes a 5-course dinner with cocktail pairings, hospitality and tax.
