Do you live in two worlds- one in reality, and one in whatever book you're reading? Are you a total Rory and never go anywhere without bringing along a book? Is Lorelai Gilmore your ultimate inspiration for everything?
Remember that ONE time when Rory and Lorelai went to the gym (after reading THE YEAR OF MAGICAL THINKING and consuming lots of coffee)? To celebrate the first day of fall and the publication of THE THIRD GILMORE GIRL by Kelly Bishop, we are going to do something similar! Join us for a Gilmore Girls themed barre class and sipping, shopping, snacking social!
This will be a 45-minute beginner-friendly workout and celebration of all things Gilmore! Please bring your own exercise mat, blanket, or towel and dress comfortably! After class, participants can enjoy coffee or tea and donuts, browse curated book displays (are you Team Logan, Team Dean, or Team Jess? Vote with your book selections!) as well as recommend your favorites and write shelftalkers for them. There will even be Gilmore Girls themed photo booth props for your commemorative photos pleasure!
Tickets are $10 and include a 45 minute beginner friendly Gilmore Girls inspired no-equipment barre class (please bring your own mat, towel, or blanket!), your choice of warm beverage (coffee or tea) and donuts, a coupon for 20% off a copy of Kelly Bishop's THE THIRD GILMORE GIRL, and a chance to mingle with other Gilmore Girls fans, snap pics in a GG photo booth and browse curated GG book displays and write shelftalker recommendations for your favorites!
