GiGi's Playhouse Dash for Down Syndrome

Join GiGi’s Playhouse Hoffman Estates for the annual GiGi’s 5K: Dash for Down Syndrome — a high-energy, family-friendly event celebrating acceptance, inclusion, and the incredible abilities of individuals with Down syndrome.

Whether you run, walk, roll, push a stroller, or simply come to cheer others on, everyone belongs at the Dash. This event brings together families, friends, corporate partners, schools, and community supporters for a powerful day of impact and celebration.

More than just a 5K, the Dash for Down Syndrome directly supports the delivery of free educational, therapeutic, career development, and health & wellness programs for individuals with Down syndrome of all ages. Every registration, sponsorship, and donation helps GiGi’s Playhouse continue providing life-changing programming at no cost to families.

Info: Check-in for the event begins at 7:30. Please make sure to register for the event beforehand.

Info: Leading up to the 5K Run, there will be opening announcements followed by a group warm-up led at the center stage.

Info: The Kids Dash for Down Syndrome begins after the 1 Mile Walk concludes, with age groups ranging from 2 years old to 12, racing in an inclusive dash.
