GiGiFIT: Fitness for children

GiGiFIT classes focus on foundational movement and mobile activities such as:

• Gross motor: Walking, Running, Jumping
• Balance & Coordination: Joint Stability, Posture, Balance Reactions, Movement Control
• Combine movement learning with language learning

Our classes were designed by skilled Physical Therapists who specifically work with individuals with Down Syndrome, and are led by professional trainers.

These classes are open to all children with all abilities and learning capacities which serves our inclusive environment for all children.
