On 19th May, giffgaff opens the doors to the UK’s first-ever Broadband Boss Academy in Liverpool - a live experience where side hustles get serious and ambition meets action.

A front-row pass to people turning broadband-powered skills into business, content into cash and ideas into income.

You’ll hear from three Broadband Bosses who’ve built it for real:

• DJ AG, the London based DJ who left corporate life to build a global audience through viral street sets and livestreams, now attracting international music stars and UK talent including Stormzy, Ed Sheeran and Central Cee.
• PieFace, a Plymouth-based live-streamer, rose to popularity on YouTube and Twitch with his FIFA content after previously working as a McDonald’s manager.
• Lucy Bowes, founder of Lucy & Lola, who turned a single hand-embroidered sweatshirt design into a multi-million-pound ecommerce business built on digital skills and made-to-order production.

Across the day, there will be three panel events (in person only) alongside a series of 1:1 sessions (both in-person and virtual) where you can meet a Broadband Boss directly.

They’ll share how they started from scratch, how long it really took to make money, what nearly stopped them and what they wish they’d known sooner. No fluff. No filter. Just the real journey.
