🌿 Discover the Beauty of Giba Gorge Nature Reserve! 🌊Join us for a scenic 8–10km hike through the breathtaking trails of Giba Gorge Nature Reserve. This adventure features up to 4 waterfalls, a visit to Clifton Canyon, and—weather permitting—a chance to explore a hidden rock shelter.
📍 Meeting Point: NU Driving Range, Hillcrest
🕖 Time: 12.15pm for 12.30pm start
🚶 Distance: Approx. 8–10km round trip
⏳ Duration: appr. 4 hours incl. stops
🥾 Difficulty:
• Regular hikers: Grade 1.5
• Casual hikers: Grade 2.5
💰 Cost:
• Adults: R249 pp
• Kids (under 13): R149 pp
Please note:
🌦️ This event goes ahead rain or shine, unless extreme weather (hail, storm, extreme heat/cold) forces us to postpone. Bring a raincoat—a little rain never hurt anyone (plus it keeps the bugs away! 😉)
