In this 1984 paranormal comedy classic, three down-on-their-luck scientists—Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, and Harold Ramis—decide the best way to pay rent is by catching ghosts in New York City. Armed with proton packs and sarcastic one-liners, they take on everything from slimy green ghosts to a giant marshmallow man terrorizing the streets. When Sigourney Weaver gets possessed by an ancient evil and asks, “Are you the Keymaster?” it’s clear this isn’t your average extermination job. Who you gonna call when the city’s overrun with the supernatural? Definitely these guys, but expect more wisecracks than professionalism.
