Ormesby Hall is a grand Georgian mansion that stands in peaceful ground, is no stranger to ghostly stories that have been passed down over the decades! Laundry Maid Lucy is believed to be still present in the laundry where she would secretly rendezvous with one of the Pennyman family whom she was in a secret relationship with.
A former Lady of the House has appeared on several occasions, and is seen more frequently in the winter months. She appears either to 'float' through the rooms or appear as a solid apparition...perhaps she is looking for her lost love or seeking for information on a unresolved tragedy?
