Ghost hunt - Harraton Miners Welfare Hall (Washington)
A former church, converted into a miners Welfare Hall in 1925 and rebuilt in 1933. Whilst in this building, people have heard ghostly sounds of the old mining sirens and whistles and seen strange shadows passing through rooms. Sudden feelings of sadness have been experienced and indeed, sounds of crying have been heard, along with loud banging sounds, tapping, muffled conversations and childrens laughter.
