St. John’s House is a Grade I listed historic house in Warwick, boasting 900 years of history that dates back to its origins as a medieval hospital in circa 1154. This Jacobean mansion is steeped in layers of the past, from its time as a family residence to its use as a school, and now it's whispered as one of Warwickshire's most haunted paranormal hotspots. Visitors frequently report chilling encounters, including the sound of phantom footsteps on the attic floors, sightings of the Grey Lady wandering the corridors and the heavy, foreboding sensation of being watched from the darkened doorways. Join us as we investigate this unique haunted location using a variety of different paranormal equipment, such as EMF Meters, REM Pods, Spirit Boxes and Detectors, plus our own senses as we attempt to find out what spirits still roam this site. We will be using methods like Victorian Table Tipping, Ouija Boards and the Estes Method, as well as utilising other equipment and techniques throughout the night in an attempt to communicate with the spirits of St. John's House.
