An 8km Trail run with 3km being an obstacle/mud course at the beautiful Lake Keepit, raising awareness of, and funds for, mental health. You can walk/jog/run, get muddy or not, do the obstacles or not, do the 3km or 5km or 8km or more - we don’t mind as long as you’re there 😀100% of all profits go to the cause with no admin or management fees charged at all.
