Ghee and Glory pickle workshop
About this Event
Ghee & Glory Pickle Workshop
Join us for a hands-on pickle-making workshop with Ghee & Glory, exploring the traditional Indian art of preserving vegetables through flavour, spices and simple, sustainable and plant-based ingredients.
We’ll be making mixed vegetable pickle and garlic pickle, using seasonal vegetables, mustard oil and aromatic Indian spices. The vegetables will be prepared and dried in advance, ready for us to bring everything together during the workshop.
We’ll also embrace a little upcycling by using clean recycled jars from home or jars available at YourSpace, giving old jars a new life while reducing waste.
About Ghee & Glory
Ghee & Glory celebrates food as more than just taste — it is emotion, connection and culture. Rooted in Indian home cooking, we bring together traditional recipes, nourishing ingredients and a touch of modern creativity.
Our food is made to evoke comfort, celebration and nostalgia, while celebrating the joy of cooking, sharing and eating together. We believe good food can nourish both body and soul, and that the real glory lies in passion, nourishment and connection.
