In this Watch & Learn style class you'll cover;
- How to make C&G's signature buttercream including recipe and tips and tricks
- How to cover a cake in buttercream and achieve clean, sharp edges.
- Create Rainbow buttercream 🌈
- Classic piping techniques including using a coupler
- Making a fondant unicorn horn and ears and how to bring your unicorn to life
This is a 100% gluten free class so we'll be sharing our top choices for GF sprinkles, food dyes, fondant and more.
