Her unique work bridges physical rehabilitation, somatic psychology, and yoga-based healing.🔸Workshop: Getting Unstuck – Finding a Way Forward Through Yoga, Realign your body. Rewrite your story. Through therapeutic yoga, mindful alignment, and guided self-inquiry, Rachel will help you uncover unconscious patterns that affect both posture and beliefs.
