This is our first event to kick off VEGUARY - In honor of Heart Health Month, we’re challenging you (and ourselves) to go WFPB* for the month of February!
Heart disease remains the leading cause of death worldwide—but much of cardiovascular disease is preventable. In this talk, we’ll explore the multiple root causes of cardiovascular disease, how to truly understand your personal risk through the right lab and imaging tests (and what those tests can—and can’t—tell us), and practical, evidence-based steps to lower risk. You’ll leave with clear, actionable guidance on nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, and metabolic health to support a healthier heart at any stage of life.
