Join us for a two hour workshop hosted by our horticulture agent, Dr. Wayne Hobbs. First, learn about Right Plant/ Right Place a concept that can help your plants survive, lessen your need for irrigation and fertilizer, and stop pest and disease issues before they start. During this class you will also receive a Florida Friendly Landscaping Plant Guide to keep and will work to choose plants that match your landscape.
Next, learn about how to make landscape decisions that support wildlife in your yard. We cover birds, mammals, and insects in this workshop as you analyze existing landscapes for positives and negatives.
The class if free and if you cannot make it on May 14th from 5-7pm, we will hold the same class on May 29th from noon to 2pm.
