Get ready, East Aurora — September 4th is about to get SAUCY!
Join us at Wallenwein’s for GETTING SAUCY, a one-of-a-kind wing sauce competition where local personalities step into the kitchen, bring their best sauce game, and battle it out for the title of Getting Saucy Champion.
This isn’t your average wing night.
Contestants will have just TWO HOURS to create their signature wing sauce using whatever ingredients they want. Once the sauces are ready, YOU get to decide who deserves the crown.
And we’re already bringing the heat.

HOW IT WORKS
On September 4th, head to Wallenwein’s and grab a drink.
With your drink purchase, you can get your CHICKEN WING PASSPORT.
Your passport gets you into the sauce competition and gives you the chance to sample the contestants’ sauces on wings and rank your favorites.
Taste them.
Judge them.
Pick your champion.
At the end of the night, we’ll see which contestant created the sauce that Buffalo loves most.
