Getting Paid as a Doula: Understanding Medicaid Reimbursement in NJ
About this Event
Getting Paid as a Doula: Understanding Medicaid Reimbursement in NJ
You've explored the path to becoming a doula. You've learned about the policies shaping the profession. Now, let's talk about getting paid!
TruDoulas of New Jersey invites certified and aspiring doulas to join us for an interactive workforce development session focused on understanding how to receive payment for doula services through New Jersey Medicaid.
As part of our ongoing commitment to strengthening the doula workforce, this workshop builds on our previous sessions, Becoming a Doula: Your Pathway Into Birthwork and NJ Doula Policy and Perinatal Workforce Workshop.
Now we're shifting the conversation from entering the profession and understanding the policies to navigating the reimbursement process and building a more sustainable path in birthwork.
Whether you're newly certified, preparing to enroll as a Medicaid provider, or simply trying to understand how reimbursement works, this session is designed to help you take the next step.
